Born in a
living room.
Built for the world.

A group of women standing in a line at an indoor event, some with their eyes closed or looking down, dressed in various colorful outfits, with a speaker and a wall-mounted device in the background.
A person wearing a brown sweater holding a large bouquet of colorful flowers, including pink, white, yellow, and purple blooms.
Smiling woman with long black hair wearing gold jewelry, standing in front of a flower wall with pink, white, and red roses, and a purple sign with a monogram.
A cozy cream-colored sofa with two burgundy pillows, surrounded by a large floral arrangement of pink, red, peach, and white flowers, with a decorative arch and a sign reading 'Bosses in Bloom' in the background.

The Genesis..

It all started with flowers — and a room full of strangers

At the end of summer 2025, Omoniola Paye invited 25 women into her home for an intimate gathering called Sun Kissed Bloom: End of Summer Soirée. Each woman was asked to observe, discern, and intentionally choose another woman to honor — by creating a custom bouquet for her.

"Women who had never met before began affirming one another, celebrating each other's presence, and speaking life into strangers who quickly became connections."

The room shifted. What began as a small gathering became a reminder that women flourish most in environments where celebration replaces competition. That moment planted the seed for Bosses in Bloom.

The idea was called "Give Her, Her Flowers" — and it became the heartbeat of everything we do.

Meet the Founder

Omoniola Paye ‍ ‍Founder, Bosses in Bloom

Omoniola Paye is a consultant, community builder, and the Founder of Bosses in Bloom—a brand dedicated to cultivating spaces where ambitious women can grow, connect, and be celebrated in every dimension of their lives.

With almost a decade of experience in corporate consulting, business development, and strategic partnerships, Omoniola has built a reputation for her ability to position ideas, people, and brands for impact. By the age of 27, she has generated over a quarter of a million dollars in business revenue by mastering the art of strategic storytelling, partnership leverage, and opportunity creation.

But beyond her professional success, Omoniola’s work is deeply personal.

As a dynamic woman who has navigated seasons of transition, growth, and reinvention, she understands what it means to evolve—balancing identity, ambition, relationships, and purpose all at once. She knows firsthand that women are often called to grow in multiple directions simultaneously, without always having spaces that fully see or support that reality.

She is not only a founder and strategist, but also a wife, sister, daughter, friend, and mentor—embodying both the bold and the soft sides of womanhood. Omoniola represents the modern woman who leads with strength while embracing grace, building with intention while remaining grounded in connection.

Bosses in Bloom was born from that understanding.

What began as an intimate gathering in her living room—where women were invited to “Give Her, Her Flowers”—has since evolved into a growing community and platform that celebrates women while equipping them with the tools to build meaningful, impactful lives.

Through curated experiences and consulting, Omoniola is committed to helping women steward their gifts with excellence, embrace their multifaceted identities, and confidently step into the opportunities they are meant to hold.

Her mission is simple: to create rooms where women don’t just network—but bloom. 🌸
