Digital & Media Content: Educational resources and strategic content planning for brand building.
2. Intellectual Property & Work Product
Company Property: All creative concepts, event formats (e.g., “Bosses in Bloom: The Experience”, "Give Her, Her Flowers", “The Founder’s Table”), consulting frameworks, and proprietary business materials developed by Bosses in Bloom remain the exclusive property of the Company. All content provided by Bosses in Bloom, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and any other materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission. Legal actions will be made if any of these are used, replicated, or distributed.
Usage: Clients are granted a limited license to use delivered materials (e.g., brand kits, content calendars) for their own business purposes as specified in their individual service agreements.
3. Professional Standards (S.O.P.s)
We hold a high standard for our community and team to ensure the Bloom remains a trusted space:
Excellence as the Standard: Every post, email, and event must reflect the trust our community places in us.
Confidentiality: We maintain strict discretion regarding non-public information shared during private consultations, "Executive Coffee Chats," and accountability circle meetings.
Feedback Culture: We operate on a foundation of honest, kind, and direct communication to facilitate growth.
4. Consultations & Package Engagements
The Bloom Call: A 45-minute discovery session designed to identify business gaps and immediate next steps.
Foundation Sessions: 60-minute "Becoming HER" sessions focusing on offer clarity and target market definition.
Onboarding: Formal work begins only after a signed agreement and deposit are received. Start dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Membership & Community Conduct
The Founder’s Table: Participation in our incubator requires a commitment to active engagement in the private Geneva community hub and scheduled accountability check-ins.
Cancellations & Refunds: Terms regarding payment plans and service cancellations are detailed in individual client proposals and smart files.
6. Governing Law
Bosses in Bloom is registered and operates under the laws of the State of Maryland.
